A dedicated group of individuals and organizations are teaming up to bring students the knowledge and actionable skills to Eat Better 4 Less. Partners include staff and students from the Eagle Pantry at Northeast Texas Community College led by Carmen Shurtleff, a food inventor and innovation guru from Eureka! Ranch, and the League for Innovation in the Community College. Each group brings their unique perspective, resources, data and commitment to end food insecurity on community college campuses across the country.
